1. How do I place an order for a custom iPhone case?

  1. Choose your iPhone case model
  2. Choose which type of junk case you’d like ( ex: color themed, picture junk case, name junk case etc. )
  3. Answer necessary questions based on the type of junk case you selected
  4. Add to cart and be sure to fill out the shipping address correctly.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my custom case?

Since each case is handcrafted, processing time typically takes 3-5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!

3. Can I request a specific theme or provide my own charms and images?

You can request a specific theme, color scheme, or provide images for us to incorporate into your case. If you have a specific theme in mind send us a message via our live chat to discuss whether or not we have charms that will go with the theme you have in mind and if we do then we can include them in your design.

4. Are the cases protective, or are they just for aesthetics?
